"Are you sure?" prompt for certain licenses

Putting something into the public domain is a pretty big deal. I think it'd be nice if we could choose licenses to throw an "Are you sure?" screen upon node submission, before the contributor waives all of his rights to his work.

Maybe this is too intrusive, however; that extra click on every article could get annoying. Maybe it could be a checkbox right below the license selection form that only activates once you choose a certain license?

I dunno. This may be too complex a task for me to handle at this point, but after I get through with the help page I'll see what I can do. (Or if someone else is dying for this (not likely), you're more than welcome to beat me to the punch. :) )
