inconsistent location of copyright message

I installed copyright module to drupal 4.7 and found that the copyright notice is displayed at a different location depending on the type of the node.

For forum: http://kldp.org/node/81595 shows that the copyright is displayed at the bottom of next/previous forum message.

For blog: http://kldp.org/node/72564 shows that the copyright is displayed at the bottom of node content.

I am not sure if this can be classified as bug or not but in my opinion it is inconsistent anyway.
