Use new service entity variables inside our template files for the documentation page

Problem/Motivation

As of #3324481: Allow for more structured Cookie Service information, we created new class attributes for the service entities. These values are currently not used inside our template files:

• purpose
• processor
• processorContact
• processorUrl
• processorPrivacyPolicyUrl
