This release contains a critical bug-fix #3090518: Make blocking mode configurable.
Previous version enabled the automatic blocking mode by default, what can break some javascript functionality.

This release deactivates the automatic blocking mode by default, it can be enabled optionally in the Drupal Cookiebot settings form.
