Problem/Motivation

Hi and sorry in advance if I missed an issue for this.
Cookie consent blocker 2.6.0 requires js_cookie ^1.0, but the latter is unsupported. I didn't see any issues, patches or forks to make these work together.

Steps to reproduce

Use version 2.6.0 of Cookie content blocker. Trying to upgrade Js_cookie to version 2 fails since ccb requires version 1.
