Adds improved management where modules required by a module are missing.
Incorporates reporting and confirmation of activations and deactivations of required or dependent modules. Requires commit of #365474: Add jQuery Alerts plugin for this functionality—until then if you wish to use this beta of Contrib Toggle 1.3, you need to manually apply that simple patch to jQuery plugin first.
