If, after removing all administrative tabs, only a single tab is left, that one should be removed too.

Agreed, having the View tab left behind looks a bit weird. Shouldn't they all be moved into the contextual menu? Or disable the view tab.

Whoops, sorry for missing this for er... four months. Yes, I think I need a co-maintainer.

Like the patch, but I generally prefer to keep local actions pretty conspicuous, so I've made it configurable. This version retains your changes but makes shifting only local tasks, only local actions, or both possible. What do you think?

You committed to the master branch instead of 7.x-1.x. I've merged the master branch into 7.x-1.x and emptied the master branch afterwards.
