I installed and enabled the "Contextual modules" but no action is available as shown below ?

Yes, there's an oddity, I'm not sure if it's something in this module or in the Context module, but when you enable this module it doesn't show up in Context properly.

Easy to fix, simply flush the cache.

I'm going to keep this issue open to remind me to look into why this happens.

Thanks, it worked. A simple instruction on project page asking users to clean the cache for now will help users a lot.

Also, any ideas of performance impact this module with have on a live production site ?
