Please note that this version does not yet support different combinations of 404/403 (or negated). For more info see #1238918: "not 403" and "not 404" conditions
- fixed separation of 404 and 403 errors - provides a new condition for a case when the page is neither a 404 nor a 403 error page (imagine it as a sitewide condition minus the error pages)
