Exclude the current context from the list of contexts that can be disabled [#1839030]

There is a todo in the code that says it should exclude the current context from the list of contexts that can be disabled.

This is a logical thing to do.

Just checked this out on drupal 7 and the patch is exactly the same (as is this whole module I imagine).

So patch in #1 is also for D7.
