I was able to nicely create a term add form for a vocabulary, but when I went to create the accompanying 'edit term' form I realized only 'Edit Vocabulary' is available. Patch to follow that adds "Edit Terms" as well.

It appears to be working properly but I'm concerned about the the way I've grabbed the term context from $base_contexts is not generic enough (like the node_edit_menu.inc call: $node = $contexts[$handler->conf['submitted_context']]->data;).
It seems to work, but does not yet redirect to the source page.
