Is there any way to theme the local action links? I've read through the code, and even tried theme_menu_local_action, but nothing seems to have any effect. I can do it with jquery, but I'd rather use the correct theme function if possible.

any info would be greatly appreciated... thanks.

turns out after wasting over 2 hours on this, theme_menu_local_action DOES work, it's dpm() that doesn't (in a theme function). Switching to kpr() enabled me to dump the vars there.
