I try to save a value and no value is saved.

What does this setting do?

I thought I could do this:
1. specify spaces-site and spaces-group
2. set sitewide context to false so that the feature is not always on

Is this the correct usage of sitewide context?

Sitewide context means that the context it's set on will always be active (unless another context in the same namespace/attribute is)
