After the f75faea commit in dev branch, all blocks from block layout placed in regions different than content region disappear in my admin theme (Claro). The contexts defined in my environment are all related to the main theme and main theme is not affected.
Install f75faea commit.

paulocsHello @interdruper, thanks for report the problem!
I tried to reproduce the issue in fresh drupal 8 installation and I could not reproduce it. Can you write the reproduce the issue.
What I did is:
1) Download a drupal fresh installation and context 8.x-4.x-dev.
2) Install Claro 8.9.0 theme and set it as the admin theme.
3) Create a new context with condition Request Path: front and reaction Blocks: set Include blocks from Block layout and place a main navigation on the header region.
4) Go to /node/add/article and I see that all blocks from admin theme are displayed.
Cheers, Paulo

deaom commentedHi @interdruper, could you provide the steps to reproduce this issue? I tested it with the @paulocs steps and see all the blocks, so could not reproduce your issue. Marking this as postponed, and once the steps are added, it can go back to active.
