Node type context activated on search page

I have couple of contexts activated on certain node type. Anyway I noticed that these context are sometimes activated on core's search page.

For example if I have context activated on "Page" node type and the first result of the core's search is of "Page" node type, the context becomes activated.

If page is just second or third in the result list, the context is not active though.

I believe this is some error and no context should be activated by any search result.
