Example: have a site where some links open node content in new window with javascript, but the same nodes may be opened in normal way. Of course I want the content to differ depending on the case.

My idea is to use js function to open new window and set context.
Any ideas?
Other way?

Dont know if you solved your problem.

Currently it is not possible to crate a js reaction to open a node in another window. Not sure if a module is available for it.
If don't you will need to create a custom reaction.
