PDOException SQLSTATE[23000] Integrity Constraint Violation 1062 [#1765580]

When i trying to activate any plug-in or install new plug-in. I found an error.

PDOException: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '' contextConditionNodeTest-Class' for key 1: Insert INTO {register}(name,type, filename, module,weight) VALUES
(:db_insert_placeholder_0, :db_insert_placeholder_1, :db_insert_placeholder_2,:db_insert_placeholder_3,....................... ....................................................

Please Guide me how can I remove this error.

This seems like it would be caused by having multiple copies of the context.conditions.test file pointed at by a .info file. Generally having a module available in multiple locations (sites/all/modules/context and sites/default/modules/context for example) isn't a problem as the more specific one is the one that would be installed. Check for duplicate copies of the context module and remove one if found and see if that resolves your issue.
