I spent 2 days figuring out what was causing it. i thought maybe due to my webhost...php memory limit..but after disabling context (the most recent dev at this writing and the most recent stable version-tested both) i stopped getting fatal errors. here are some examples of what i'd get if i cleared cache under the performance tab (almost without fail, that is how i reproduced it, clearing cache):

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 78298

bytes) in /home/dev2/includes/menu.inc on line 966

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 41

bytes) in /home/dev2/includes/database.mysqli.inc on

line 169

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate

1096877 bytes) in /home/dev2/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 310

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate

1789440 bytes) in /home/dev2/includes/database.mysql-common.inc on line

41

finally i disabled context, cleared cache it worked. enabled context and got fatal errors again. did this like 3 or 4 times. sometimes i'd get fatal errors reporting /menu.inc as well.

i have a slew of other modules too. i'll list them if that would help

you know, it may have been boost(dev boost as of this writing) module causing this. although i'm 100% sure i disabled and uninstalled boost (but i didnt delete the module, but did delete the .htaccess boost code). it was the first thing i did because boost is a major culprit of anything gone wrong. but last night boost was doing the same thing to me after i uninstalled context, and i disabled boost again and reinstalled context and everything is fine. go figure.

So, this issue is unrelated to Context, right?
