Once a user has been created, the button for creating a user on the node-edit form should no longer be visible.

I just added this right at the top of the hook_form_alter and it fixed this issue for me, no patch attached because I'm working across a few different issues on a deadline atm, sorry..

well... here's a patch but I think it will fail if you don't first apply #1441998: Create User button does not appear on content profile nodes that don't have the machine name "profile"
