Problem/Motivation

When trying to reach the "Settings" Page of the module, I must know it's path in advance, because it's not listed in the admin menu.

Steps to reproduce

Install the module in vanilla drupal.

Proposed resolution

Add links.menu.yml file to add suitable links to the admin menu.

Remaining tasks

Add the links.menu.yml file and review.

User interface changes

Link for the module shows up in the admin menu.

API changes

None.

Data model changes

None.
