Problem/Motivation

When enabling the module via the "Extend" page in the backend (admin/modules) I get no link to the configuration page under the module's entry. So I don't know, where to look for the configuration page.

Steps to reproduce

Install module in vanilla drupal.

Proposed resolution

Add the route of the config page (content_patch_gitlab_api.settings) to "info.yml:configure".

Remaining tasks

Add / Review patch.

User interface changes

Configuration-Link appears on "Extend" page in the Backend.

API changes

None.

Data model changes

None.
