Dear all,
After we have enabled content moderation module, we find that the status of all pages are set as "none" in default. The status is not "Live" and we found that users can update pages freely without approval. Even it is not "Live", public clients can still see the changes.
In the page, we find two messages as below
"The content of this document has not been approved and therefore is not valid yet!"
"This document has 1 pending revision"
The situation happens when the page does not have "Live" version. When there is a "Live" one, then any changes on page without approval will not instantly affect the Live one.
We would like to ask whether this is a correct behaviour of the module. We need to make every pages to "Live" status one by one and it seems it requires lots of work. Are there any workaround?
Thank you very much for you help.

eugenmayer commentedHello, thats exactly the correct workflow of the module - yes.
For the initial "Live" Setting there are AFAIK issues open, with a small mysql query just doing that in the database. Otherwise you could implement it into view-bulk operations as a feature.
