nterbogt is offering to maintain Content Check

This notice about Content Check is posted to comply with the procedures for Dealing with unsupported (abandoned) projects.

nterbogt has offered to maintain the project.

The reason this offer is made, is that that he has created a Drupal 8 port of the project (see #3065087: Drupal 8 port) and he want to have the Drupal 8 branch of the project hosted as part of this project.

There has been multiple attempt to contact the present maintainer, David Reid, including messages sent by the person wanting to take it over (nterbogt) on week ending 19 July 2019 and by a webmaster (gisle) on August 23 2019. There has been no response from the project maintainer.

If there is no response within two weeks (i.e. within September 8), I shall act on the ownership transfer request already posted in the project ownership issue queue (i.e. #3069286: Offering to co-maintain Content Check), and transfer ownership to the nterbogt.
