Hi Jonathan - just saw your new module coming through.

What's the functionality that sets content aggregator apart from core aggregator, feedapi or simple feed (to name 3 of the most popular drupal aggregators, there are more) ? It's not clear for me from the project's description.

All other feed aggregators on here that i've found do not allow you to create a full story from the content, it forces you to link to the publishers site, there by causing the user to leave your site. This module was developed for a broadcasting company and since they utilize feeds like huffington post, ap newswire and other which provide you the full content, those solutions were not feasible for an aggregation module. This module also relies strictly on php 5's simplexml, so a third party parser is not required, making it self contained.

Since the project is over i decided to release a more configurable version of the module.
