Even though the textfield which lists all the available body variables (aptly named "Body Variables") shows the drag-and-drop handle at the bottom, I cannot resize it. The mouse cursor changes also, but the size of the textfield doesn't.

The textfield for the actual template ("Body Template") is resizable.

I am having the same problem. I am using FF 3.0.1 on OS X. I have problem resizing the Teaser Template textarea, Body Template textarea, or RSS textarea. But for all associated Variables textareas, I can't increase the size.

I noticed the issue in the Zen STARTKIT theme. I tried Zen Classic and Garland, the default, and I am having the same issue. I don't seem to be having any JS errors.
