Contemplate erases my product variation

Hello,
Great module by the way. When I use it to customize the page for my custom products, it erases the subproduct variation choices at the bottom. They are in the little window at the side, but when I click on it, it takes me to... a different location in the window. Is there some code I could use to fix that? I would love to be able to use this module.
