Make clear in documentation that permissions are under custom permissions

I was using a filter on my permissions page to find the custom permission I had just set up and couldn't find it.

Finally, I realized that I need to search for "custom permissions", not the name of the custom permission.

It might be helpful to document this, in case it confuses anyone else. It makes sense, it just wasn't obvious to me.
