I have some Custom conditions set up in my Conditional text filter, and no Module conditions.

I'm using this text to test:

This is a test page.

[condition installed views > 7.x-3.0]
This part should only display if views is installed.
[/condition]
[condition installed block]
This part should display if Block is enabled.
[/condition]
[condition installed block >= 7.0]
This part should display if Block is enabled and >= 7.0
[/condition]
[condition installed block == 7.2]
This part should display if Block is enabled and 7.2
[/condition]
[condition custom level beginner]
This is beginner-level text
[/condition]
[condition custom level intermediate]
This is intermediate-level text
[/condition]

I am using Drupal Core 7.2, and I have the Block module enabled, and when logged in, I should be "intermediate" level according to the settings. Views is not enabled.

So when I have the display set to Fieldset, everything is displaying properly: Views is closed, the Block sections are open, Beginner is closed, and Intermediate is open.

But when I change the text format to "filter display plugin", all of the conditional text is hidden. I would expect that the Views text would be hidden, the three Block texts would be shown, the Beginner text would be hidden, and the Intermediate text would be shown, because those conditions evaluate to True/False. But all of the conditional text is being hidden instead.
