I create a text format with "Conditional text" option checked.

I add an identifier ("level") and give it three values (beginner, intermediate, and advanced, checking one role for each).

After saving the text filter, the three values are gone. The identifier is still there.

Better... It seems like the options are being saved now, but it still doesn't display all of the options I have entered and saved on the configuration page. It seems to just show one or two of them, and leave the rest hidden. Then when I click "add option", the option I previously entered is displayed.
