Would appreciate any help on this... Kindly refer the screencap attached. I was not able to successfully install Drupal Commons on my hosting.

Any idea how to troubleshoot this?

Thanks for your interest in Drupal Commons! Could you try to re-download commons and try it again? We had packager issues last week. I just gave it a try with the latest tar and it worked fine (I did not try the zip file). Can you indicate which method in which you downloaded and tried to install commons?
