Testing is still ongoing but when folks hit the Configure site step of the installer, the dsm() says "Custom Search enabled. Don't forget to set permissions."
1. They didn't explicitly enable Custom Search so seeing a confirmation is a bit odd
2. They are disoriented by the the link 'set permissions'. Two were pretty sure it would break installation if they clicked the link.
3. The link that goes to Access Denied page
Can we remove the dsm?
