This release is essentially 2.0.0-rc6 with this issue #3508022: Add a changed timestamp field to Variation groups and items.
*Note: There is not an update to set the timestamp values on existing entities.

2.0.0-rc6 "shows" support for ^9.2 || ^10 || ^11, but there are deprecations not accounted for, so if users need less that 10.3, they should pin 2.0.0-rc5.
