I would like to ask for the privilege to work along side hungtrv99 on this project. I have a strong use-case for this module in my site and I believe that I've both reported and contributed to a majority of the issues in the issue queue here. Additionally, I have ample experience both creating and co-maintaining modules in many different workflows. Take a look at my profile. I have around 40 module maintainerships where about 10 of them are somewhat active. My favorite is Views Natural Sort, and one of my most challenging has been Access unpublished.

Sent a message to the maintainer of this module. It read

I would like to request Co-Maintainership of Commerce Tip. I've posted an
issue in the issue queue at
https://www.drupal.org/project/commerce_tip/issues/3564638. I would love your
feedback on my current work and ideals for moving this project forward a bit.
You have done amazing work on this project. I know it can have more features,
such as reporting on tips, and usability options. I've added some of these
ideas as feature requests and followed up with some as bugs and other issues.
The git repository needs work and a Drupal 11 compatible version needs to be
released.

Please consider me as either a side kick or someone to push features your
direction for review.

I would appreciate any consideration you may give.
