I get this error message when I view the shopping cart as soon as I enable shipping.

Warning: call_user_func() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function 'rules_events_entity_unchanged' not found or invalid function name in RulesState->get() (line 148 of /home/cyclings/public_html/sites/all/modules/rules/includes/rules.state.inc).

I'm using rules 2.5dev
