Commerce Quantity Pricing allows you to directly couple the quantity of a product to the price a customer pays, based on Taxonomy term.
e.g If you sell 100 envelopes, you might want to have the customer pay $10, but if they buy 150, you want them to pay $8.
How to use during dev
Settings page will come later, core functionality is key currently.
Head over to a Taxonomy vocab and add the field "Quantiy Pricing" to it (unlimited values recommended). Name it as such. Head into a taxonomy term you want to have quantity pricing and configure as you wish. Verify settings have saved.
Next go to the order item type you wish to attach this to and go to the "Add to Cart" view. Change the quantity field to use "Quantity Pricing" rather than "Quantity". You should now see a dropdown appear in the place of the quantity number input.
