How do I access commerce option field from order object in hook_commerce_checkout_complete, cannot find any reference to the field in the object or the line items using entity wrappers

The reference to the commerce_option set should be in the line_items sub-array of the order object. When you have the id of the option set you can load the separate fields in your set from there.
You can't see it?
