We currently install History and Layout Builder Expose All Field Blocks, both of which are deprecated and will be removed from core in Drupal 12. We do not need them, and it appears they can be safely removed from our recipes. Confirm that nothing is breaking, particularly with Layout Builder.

We might also consider not installing Shortcut, which is rarely used.

While History can be safely uninstalled without repurcussions, Layout Builder Expose All Field Blocks not being installed actually breaks our PDPs. Fields from the embedded product variations will not be available to the product as layout blocks.

To preserve their functionality, we'll actually need to enable layout builder on the default view mode for all product variation types. This will result in their fields being exposed to layout builder, even if we don't ever actually render the product variation itself.
