I've tried really hard to figure this out, but I'm at a loss.
The short story is that everywhere on my Kickstart site the address fields show up as they should (config pages, etc.), but for some reason, they are not showing up on the Checkout form, causing a validation error when submitting. I can't say for sure whether they were at some time, and then disappeared, or whether they never did, but I've tried just about everything I can think of, short of rebuilding the site, which I'm trying to avoid.
I've checked permissions, views, customer display settings, checkout settings. i've tried updating modules, disabling modules, emptying cache, etc.
I just don't understand this workflow well enough to even know how to troubleshoot it deeper. I can't disable Addressfield because it is required by so many other modules.
Thanks for any help.

rszrama commentedI couldn't tell you either. Never seen this before, and there's nothing in Drupal Commerce that would affect partial visibility of some field on a customer profile checkout pane. Sure you aren't using any other module on this site that's doing that? If you aren't running Kickstart 2.x, please update the version number of this issue.

timmay commentedThanks for responding Ryan. Unfortunately, I am already using Kickstart 2.x...I wish it were that easy.
I looked at your demo site and see that you're redirecting anonymous users to create an account. On my installation, I was trying to go through checkout anonymously, using the Checkout Rules that applied.
However, I implemented Checkout Redirect to work as it does on the demo site to make them create an account or login before proceeding. This works better for users who already have addresses defined in their profile -- Addressbook is working properly for that. But for newly registered users the address fields still don't show up on checkout.
Anything else I could check?

rszrama commentedThat shouldn't make a difference - I'm not sure why you'd end up with a form just missing one element from the form's fields. If it was all or nothing, that'd be one thing, but with just the street address missing, it's almost like there's a specific exclusion of those two form elements on your site.
