I install a clean version not the demo store. I try to modify the "All products" view and then the view breaks. The pop ups don't load or if i try to save the view it shows me the json and things like that.

I have to revert the view that it will work next time i try to make a change.

Is it just me or someone else face that problem?

Sounds like something related to your environment (custom theme? additional modules?)
I've never had the Views UI just break.

That said, the view you're talking about did have one broken handler, and we've fixed that (will be in the 2.0 release we are tagging today).
