Commerce Fraud

This module provides configurable checks to score orders on how likely they are to be fraudulent.

Fraud Rules

This module provides a number of default rules

• Check If user has completed orders with different IP addresses
• Check products
• Check if order address have Po Box
• Check if order by Anonymous User
• Compare last minutes of order completion with given minutes
• Compare total price with given price
• Compare total quantity with given quantity

This module provides all rules via plugins, so additional rules can be created easily.

Fraud Score

Each rules adds points to a fraud score, and the point value can be customized. It is recommended you adjust these values based on your own experiences, as different products and sites will often have unique signs of fraud.

Blocklists

Values can be set for Checklist and Blocklist values, that will flag orders accordingly. You can also set blocklist orders to be declined by default, but use this setting with caution.
