I am currently extending this module and would like to submit patches in the future.

I notice that the dev/alpha versions are ahead of the git repository. Can we fix that up?

Thanks for the work on getting this up. Have you started on any Australian shipping modules?

not sure what you mean about the repo though?

just make your patches against the 7.x-1.x branch and we'll be fine.

The Drupal method for contributing patches is based on git -p1 (other patches will start to fail soon if not already).

If I clone your project I get an old version (missing all sorts of stuff–notably the includes directory). I'm not sure on how you'd update that–do you know?

oh, i see. use the instructions here to get 7.x-1.x:

http://drupal.org/project/commerce_eway/git-instructions

"git clone --branch 7.x-1.x-dev ..." should be "git clone --branch 7.x-1.x ...".

i'll close this issue now, please reopen if have any other problems with git.

please open other issues for your patches.
