Option to review form fields

What would be the best way to add a confirmation page for the DD details. Would hook_commerce_checkout_pane_info be a good starting point?

I was also thinking of adding a patch to add "bank name" and "bank address" to the pane in commerce_directdebit_submit_form().

You have probably seen the attached https://dl.dropbox.com/u/1354941/Service%20Users%20Guide%20and%20Rules%2... (you need a login to acces this normally so for now it's in my dropbox folder), but this is the approved process of setting up a DD online (skip to page Appendix F: Page 145)

I'm not saying I should replicate this whole form but it might be worth considering a way to add options to include these fields out of the box.
