CommWeb

This project integrates Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) Commweb into the Drupal Commerce payment and checkout systems. It currently supports only off-site payment via VPS (3-party VPS).

Sponsored by Naala Pty Ltd.

Payment Methods

Supported

  • 3-party VPS - Redirects the customer from checkout pages to the secure CBA VPS portal. Credit card payment status in the gateway are reflected in the order/transaction status, on return to the site.

Unsupported

  • 2-Party Transaction – MOTO - This is not integrated at the moment, and if there is enough of a request for it, then I'll add this functionality.
  • Hosted payment client - There is no plan to add this functionality at the moment.
  • Installation & Configuration

    1. Create a merchant account and set up commweb Register and documentation. You will be given a merchant ID
    2. Your details will be forwarded from CBA to commweb, you will be assigned an access code and given the Commweb merchant administration URL
    3. Visit the merchant administration page and create the hash secret
    4. Install and enable the module as usual.
    5. Enable the payment method at www.my-site.com/admin/commerce/config/payment-methods
    6. Enter your merchant ID, Acess code and secure hash
    7. Start handling payments.

You can find a detailed guide on how to configure payment methods at http://www.drupalcommerce.org/user-guide/payments.

    Development notes

If your CBA API requests are failing due to SSL certificate verification, refer to the comments in the cURL request preparation of commerce_paypal_api_request() to read how to specify a local CA certificate bundle file.
