I believe that the schema for relatedCode here is wrong, because it was copied from an out-of-date documentation page. Currently it used "codeName", "codeURL", and "isGovernmentRepo", but I believe the actual schema should just be "name" and "URL". See here: https://github.com/presidential-innovation-fellows/code-gov-web/issues/315

I'll post a patch assuming my hunch above is correct.
