Currently the CMIS browser in the create block form uses some custom js, it should be possible to use the standard ajax framework to do this.

Here is a patch which does this it has two things to note.

Very basic styling is applied. This could be improved for sure.

The views are created, but I get an error when trying to display the block. I'm not sure if this is related to my setup or the views that are created.
