Prepare the Cloud 7.0.1 release from the 7.x branch.

Proposed resolution

Update the version references in the service interface, documentation, and deployment templates to 7.0.1, then tag the reviewed release commit. Publication is coordinated separately.

The release version updates are ready in [MR!2395](https://git.drupalcode.org/project/cloud/-/merge_requests/2395). The merged-results pipeline #973338: preg_replace in theme code(https://git.drupalcode.org/project/cloud/-/pipelines/973338) passed.
