  • Fix the failures in the OpenStack Quota and Template Version BDD test scenarios for SPA.
  • The following scenarios are the scope of this issue.
    • OpenStack-ATDD-03-15-OperateQuotas.feature
      • Refresh quotas as an "administrator"
      • Update the quota as an "administrator"
    • OpenStack-ATDD-03-17-OperateTemplateVersions.feature
      • Refresh template versions as an "administrator"
