When using captcha set to "Omit challenges on all forms once the user successfully responds to any challenge on the site." if the captcha is omitted, the function clientside_validation_regular() throws an undefined index error. Undefined index: captcha_widgets in clientside_validation_regular() (line 225

i was able to prevent this by checking if $element['captcha_widgets'] exists in line 221 in clientside_validation_form.module:
if ($settings['validate_options']['captcha'] && isset($element['captcha_widgets'])) {

not sure if this is the correct way to do this, but it seems to be working for me.
