Is there any way to include Tokens in the internal links? For example link to: groups/view-my-groups/[current-user:uid]

Just an FYI for anyone interested. I can add tokens to external links, but not internal.

For example, I add an external link to http://my-site.com/[current-user:uid] and it will work fine. The issue is that this is not the best way to add an internal link as the url is now hard coded into the link.
