Adds a Google Translate button to the CKEditor 5 toolbar in Drupal 11.

Post-Installation
After enabling the module, go to Text formats and editors (/admin/config/content/formats) and add the Google Translate button to the toolbar of your desired text format.
For example, edit the Full HTML format at /admin/config/content/formats/manage/full_html.

- Node.js (for building the plugin)
